Right now I'm excited to get From Dust for $3.74--I've heard such good things about it, but controlling it on the XBox was awkward AND it kept making me view the same long pan video and over after I failed so I never got it after the demo. But at that price I'll put up with a heck of a lot more awkwardness!

Anything else anybody is excited to get ahold of? I'm also going to try out The Binding of Isaac and The Witcher! (As soon as I have a working Windows computer, that is.)

ETA: And Dungeon Defenders, Splice, Harvest: Massive Encounter, Crusader Kings II Collection! Woo!

How much is The Witcher? I added it to my wishlist a few minutes ago on Good Old Games. It's $9.99, but if it's cheaper on this Steam Sale then that would be better. :)

Hoooly crap! hehe. Guess I'll be buying another game. I bought Roller Coaster Tycoon and Thief Gold last night. <3 Then I got an evil email from GOG that said some games were half off and I just bought Panzer General 3D for $5.

Steam is installing some update right now. :P

Steam sales are the single occasion I look forward to actually spending money, ha.

I haven't brought anything today as I am trying to budget and nothing's screaming at me as MUST BUY!! (yet, gotta watch this flash deals/community choices), but I did pick up Crusader Kings II and Trine 2 yesterday! Trine 2 is so gorgeous, I'm quite content to just linger looking at the landscapes.

The Binding of Isaac!! I personally love that game, it's my chief boot-up-to-kill-time game and runs on my crunky old laptop too. If you do get it, I recommend not buying/installing the expansion until you've played through the vanilla game a couple of times because some of the new bosses/dungeon layouts can be really unforgiving.

I gotta rep for all of the Sega Genesis games that are now under $2. These are classics, y'all. Also Mass Effect 2 for $10. Eyeing that one hard.

From Dust on the PC runs a lot more smoothly I think. My hubby and I both have it. And Dungeon Defenders is so much fun! I love my Adept! Top hat AND goggles? WIN! (I did pay for the dlc to get the adept... it was like $5 then). The game I'll be happy to get ahold of sadly isn't on steam. (Guildwars 2) I', marking my calendar to the release date XD.

I finally got Portal 2, for just $4.99! I also picked up Botanicula, Lost Horizon and The Blackwell Legacy. I just can't resist cheap adventure games.

I haven't bought anything yet (still trying to figure out what I want and what I can run on my laptop, lol) but From Dust is a really awesome game. If I didn't already have it on Xbox I would totally buy it now.

...at $3.74 I might just buy it again, lol.
