Did any of you guys grow up playing the classic Zelda game on the NES? Oh, it was freaking awesome. I have so many good memories of it.
So when I found out about the Binding of Isaac it was a must-buy. It was about $5 from Steam, and it's about this boy named Isaac. His mother is insane and God told her that she must sacrifice her son to him. YOU. So you escape into the basement into a nightmarish realm full of flies, zombies and terribly indescribable monsters. You're armed with only your tears.
Look familiar?

From half an hour of playing I have to say I recommend it, although I'm getting my butt kicked. The dungeon is randomly generated each time so you never know what to expect.
You can see the trailer here: http://store.steampowered.com/video/113200
There's a helpful wiki here to help ID the items you find: http://bindingofisaac.wikia.com/wiki/Items
Creepy!
