Introduction/ Looking for Opinions

Hey there, I recently posted a long (really long) synopsis and discussion on women in gaming. Well, to be honest, it's more of a specific look/ recap of a discussion I was a part of on the Bioware forums regarding the marketing of their games, but I am looking for further opinions on the subject and to be educated, so any input you have would be epic. :) Thanks!

I swear, I keep seeing "gaming," thinking that people mean roleplaying games, and then getting so disappointed when it turns out to be video games.

TBH, I have less knowledge on that subject, but would be interested to see the opinions of others. :)
