I mostly rambled in this. :P
Avenging
So yeah I've been in the diamond league since yesterday even with people attacking me all evening and night. O_O Diamond league is top 15% of everyone that pvps or more. I'm at 12.3% at the moment and I actually peaked at 9%. I'm starting to think there's a chance I'll actually finish the season in diamond league. If you remember I got 100k silver and 10 gold last season for finishing in gold league (barely.) If I finish in diamond league I'll get some sort of weapon as well as the other two. The next league up requires top 3% or higher and the reward is soooo awesome. I think the only people that will get that or the highest league, 0.5%, are big money spenders. I already see them in my league. Heck, I've got an ally in the top league with over $500 worth of actual money items just in her armory. :)
I've still got about 5 hours left on my research for 3rd pvp armoury page. I couldn't start it until about 12 hours after I got level 60 because I didn't have the silver at the time. :P I also am training Spidey Girl to level 11!!! :D That takes 24 hours though hehe. Along with the pvp page, at level 60 I unlocked my last weapon slot #4. AND once I finish the current research I can research the Tier 3 Gems that you slot that increase abilities. That was unlocked at level 60 too. So you see I'm terribly far behind in research compared to the people I've been fighting. The gems are almost twice as good.
For instance the gems I have are like +67 health and +13 attack. The ones I could be using are +117 health and +23 attack for example.
I didn't think I wanted Ghost rider this month, but now I do. He's this month's special hero you have to do 25 tasks for. There's only 8 days left to get him and I dunno if I can finish. :S Yeaaah, it'll be my own fault though. XD
Anyway, you don't understand any of this do you? haha. I've been so happy since last night I've just been chatting away on twitter until I was afraid all my friends would unfollow me lol. I get chatty when I'm happy/excited. :)
Runescape
I actually cleared out my list of challenges. You can have up to five listed. I've never cleared them all out and had none to do. Ever since I accidentally lost one, I don't care if I don't do each one. So if I get a new one that sucks, I'll just wait a few days and let it get bumped off. XD You can only have one challenge in a skill at a time and I realized there's just no point holding on to one that is too hard or costly when I can get rid of it and hope for a better one. :)
I did a challenge tonight and my reward was 9,710 pure essence which are worth 107 each. That's just silly!!! A million gold worth of that stuff haha! There's just no way I can use that many myself especially since I don't do much in the skill it's used for. XD I was thinking to myself last night, "What the DONUT am I supposed to do with all this?!" People frequently buy some, but I sold 2,600 and the price is dropping. :( So silly I didn't get a less numerous, higher valued item as reward hehe.
The Evolution of Combat starts on Tuesday. Y_Y *I just deleted what I was saying about it and will start over. :D*
Basically the current combat system in RS is to click an enemy and you auto attack. With the new EoC there's abilities and a new action bar that blocks your chat window. Well I was writing how I thought I'd hate it until I JUST checked the news on the website and they are listening to the hordes (hoards?) of people saying they don't want it and you'll be able to mostly keep fighting the same way it is now if you want to. And you can close the action bar and just auto fight like normal. :D So yay!
