A bot program automatically plays your game for you. Like in RS, the gold sellers and players go to sleep and turn on a bot that repeats tasks for hours and hours so they can get money or whatever. It causes a lot of problems with the market and such and Jagex tries to fight them.
The Tetris bot automatically plays for you. So you can get super high scores or something hehe.
There's probably bot programs for everything nowadays. :(
