A friend of mine told me about a game called Penny for Your Thoughts and when I read it, I knew I had to take a shot at running a game.
It was a riot. The premise is all the players are mental patients with total retrograde amnesia. The doc has diagnosed that each player has somehow blocked their memories, so with the patients' permissions, have given them a drug to help read each other's minds, the better to recall certain memories.
The funniest memory that came up was the guy who was burying plague victims in his garden to fertilize his medical marijuana plants.
It's really easy to set up, minimal equipment needed--paper, pens, a hat, some pennies, and it is a ton of fun. You can buy the book or download a PDF--I used the PDF and exported it to my Kindle.
If you're looking for a fun change of pace, this is a great game.
