geek girl alert!

thought i'd introduce myself first before diving in!

while i can enjoy video games, i've found my true calling in pen and paper RPGs. i'm pretty much addicted to the hobby now.

i'm a relative new comer, having only started playing a little over a year ago. i think i've made up for lost time though. i used to play once a week, but now we (my boyfriend and i) play about 2-4 times a week. we have 3 active groups right now, and we're reviving another.

i play Star Wars Saga Edition (Legacy Era), Shadowrun (4th Ed), World of Darkness, and i've dabbled into Dungeons and Dragons 3.5. my real love and passion (and the games I run) are D&D 4E though. however, i'm reading up on the Cortex System, the FATE system (specifically the Dresden Files, though i'm thinking of using it to make a TRON or HUNGER GAMES system), and Mouse Guard. i hope to run any of those systems soon :)

i run games more than i play in them, and i'm currently running an underwater demon-fighting campaign, an Eberron game, and a silly-but-serious steam punk-esque homebrew world campaign. they all run on 4E.

my favorite characters i play are my twi'lek jedi killer elite trooper (level 16 baby!), a troll buddhist-archer-summoner-shaman-dominatrix, and asterion the minotaur runepriest who gives me such headaches crunchwise but is so much fun to play fluff wise.

also, the boyfriend and i run a humble blog dedicated to gaming.
