Ha, yes! It is sort of obligatory PSX game to play! I played the PSX and DS ones. They are so different! Well, for a start you could play the PSX one with an emulator to run it from PC. It is easier for me. The same with the DS one, though... It is very different from Farmville because Farmville is a simulation game while Harverst Moon aims towards RPG game (remember the tagline "A different kind of RPG"). So, here you will not only take care of your field but also maintain relationship with townspeople. You can also get married and have children.
